Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement and only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Therefore, cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours—or after the order has been shipped—will not be accepted.
